Kenneth Smith - President/CEO
Kenneth Smith is the President and CEO of CodingWebU.com He has a personal commitment to provide the Medical Coding and Billing arenas with quality education at affordable prices.
Ken has worked for consulting firms, hospitals, health systems, and physician networks for the past 16 years. As a financial consultant, he was able to save hospitals millions of dollars by helping them understand Medicare Transfer DRGs and how to correctly bill claims and ensure proper reimbursement. He also has experience in Revenue Management, Operations Improvement, and Supply Chain Management. He has developed and implemented a national Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) program.
For the past ten years in addition to consulting, Ken has also created and managed a web-based initiative, allowing healthcare facilities and individual students, the ability to complete self-paced, interactive, multi-media training programs in Revenue Cycle and Medical Coding. He has provided over 10,000 students with over 25,000 educational courses. In April 2008, he obtained ownership of the Medical Coding education and developed CodingWebU.com.

Donna Hart
Donna's background includes over 30 years in the health care field as a Physician Assistant and Professional Coder. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and was one of the founders and past presidents of the Southeastern Pennsylvania AAPC local chapter. Her passion is helping people pass the CPC exam and maintaining their credentials. She has taught CPT coding education classes for the past 10 years. Her achievements include AAPC's Networker of the Year Award and the St. Christopher's Educator of the Year Award.
She currently is a CPC and a CPC-H.
Dorothy Steed
Dorothy is an Independent Consultant and Educator in Atlanta. She was a Medicare specialist for a large hospital system and has 32 years of experience in healthcare. She currently is a technical school instructor in Atlanta. She performs coding reviews for the QIO in GA, and also performs physician audits and education. Additionally, she has been a technical contributor for several medical publications and has developed a workshop focusing on facility billing, coding and reimbursement. She has supervised a physician audit team for a healthcare system and has presented at several national healthcare conferences.

Mary Falbo
Mary Falbo is the owner of Millennium Healthcare Consulting, Inc. providing billing, coding, auditing, education and compliance solutions to healthcare providers. Mary has earned her reputation as a practice management consultant dedicated to working together to understand the physician's viewpoint in dealing with the sweeping changes to our nation's healthcare delivery system. Mary's areas of expertise include revenue enhancement, operational and billing assessments, coding reviews and education and business/practice development strategies. She also conducts chart audit reviews to ensure CMS (HCFA) documentation compliance as well as identifing potential reimbursement leaks on current billing practices. Additionaly, Mary conducts educational sessions on Evaluation and Management coding, ICD-9 coding, Medicare regulations and billing updates and other coding topics as requested by clients.
Mary earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.

Tara Brien
Tara Brien has worked in the healthcare field since 1998, and has focused on medical record auditing, documentation, and evaluation and management coding education for the past eleven years. Tara has a bachelor's degree from Ferris State University in Health Information Management and she is a Registered Health Information Associate (RHIA) and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
Currently, Tara works full time as a Coding Compliance Auditor for a billing company, Professional Solutions Plus, in Northern Michigan. Tara also owns her own consulting company, Delta Revenue Strategies, where she performs audits and education for various specialties.
Michelle Baitey
Michelle actively serves physician clinics as a consultant, coder, chart auditor and trainer, and has a confident reputation as a competent trouble-shooter. Michelle is passionate about identifying internal issues, properly handling them, and getting clients back into a place of compliance. Her mission to help others reach this status of qualified excellence shines in her role as teacher and mentor for both coding students and professionals alike in a variety of venues including classes, workshops, seminars, on-site training and individual instruction.
Michelle has served in the healthcare industry for over fifteen years, eight of which has been as a certified coder (CPC Certified Professional Coder) through AAPC. She is certified for both the hospital (CPC-H) and payer (CPC-P) designations. She is also an Approved Instructor (CPC-I) for the Professional Medical Coding Curriculum. Michelle is the founder and current president of the local Fremont, Nebraska AAPC Chapter.
Mickie Kummer
Mickie has over 25 years in the compliance field, with 20 years specifically in medical billing, coding, and reimbursement. Her knowledge, skills and abilities have helped her develop, coordinate and support compliance program functions and activities directed toward helping health care organizations comply with federal, state and local regulations. Examples of practices that she has worked with include a one provider private practice, a large multi-specialty practice and a tertiary care teaching hospital and medical school. She has been a Certified Professional Coder for 13 years and has held numerous officer positions in various local chapters of AAPC. She also is an independent consultant who performs education seminars and audits.
Sharon Dooley
Sharon started her career as a nurse, then moved into management consulting and coding. Her experience in practice management spans more than 30 years. She has earned an RN, BA, and a College Certificate in Healthcare Management in addition to being certified as a CMM, CPC, and a CCS-P.
She teaches medical billing and coding at a local college, and primarily works in medical records and HEDIS audits and coding compliance areas for physicians and facilities. Nationally published, she continues to author relevant articles and courses as well as a newsletter for her clients.
Laureen Jandroep
Laureen, OTR, CPC has over 20 years in the healthcare field. She graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2006 and before long was running a successful therapy practice which did over 1.6 million in billing per year with a less than .06% rejection rate. Once Medicare changed the way rehab companies were reimbursed this business closed and Laureen started a new company dedicated to teaching Medical Billing and Coding. This business was eventually sold and is now run by AAPC as part of their online course offerings.
Currently Laureen works full time as a Coding Analyst and teaches medical coding though her company CodingCertification.Org.
She founded the Southern Jersey Chapter of AAPC and also served on AAPC National Advisory board from 2003 - 2006 in addition to being a consulting editor for several Coding Alert publications for the Coding Institute.
Holly Cassano

Holly J. Cassano, CPC, has been involved in practice management, coding, auditing, teaching, and consulting for multiple specialties for the past 14 years. She served two terms as an AAPC local chapter officer and has written several articles for AAPC, as well as other companies and organizations. She writes a monthly column devoted to fighting fraud. She is the coder and physician educator for the emergency room physicians/bariatrics at the Cleveland Clinic Florida.
Shreka Rogers

Shreka D. Rogers, CPC, CMRS has been in the Medical Industry for the past 17+ years. She has been the Business and Coding Department Manager for a large Metropolitan Multi-Specialty Physician Practice and Outpatient Neurosurgical and Ambulatory Surgery Center for the past 11 years. Mrs. Rogers also has worked in specialties of Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Anesthesia, Home Healthcare, and Specialty Hospitals.
In 2009, Mrs. Rogers was the President of AAPC Chapter in Nashville, TN. She has written numerous articles for the AAPC's Coding Edge. She has recently completed a Workbook called "Real World Billing for Physician Offices©".
She holds two professional certifications, one from the AAPC, formerly American Academy of Professional Coders and one from American Medical Billing Association.
She attended Volunteer State Community College and Nashville State Community College.
